Celebrating its 15th year of trading, Henson Crisp now advises on close to £150m of assets for 130 families. To continue the growth of the business two new directors have been appointed.
Georgina Key has become Operations Director. Georgina has carried out various internal roles within the business over the last 9 years, latterly as Operations Manager. Commenting on her promotion, Jonathon Crisp said that Georgina’s promotion to Operations Director was a natural progression for her and we are proud to have seen her grow as an individual during the time she has been part of the team. The skills she has developed and honed within the business have been invaluable.
Duncan Sanderson has become Financial Planning Director, and responsible for growing the advisory team. Jonathon and Duncan have known one another for over 20 years, with Jonathon commenting that Duncan has a great depth of knowledge and skill in developing colleagues with part of his role to grow and mentor up and coming new advisers, as well as continue to build on the existing relationships we have with professional connections.
Jonathon said that with the appointment of Georgina and Duncan strengthens the management team and their knowledge and experience will be fundamental in achieving the growth objectives of the company. These appointments will enhance the business’s specialism of providing advice to high-net worth families now and in the coming years, and will allow him to concentrate on the business, whilst also continuing with the work he does with his clients.
